A very long time was the order. Was to come before december 16, came on january 16. I do not know whose jamb, store or delivery service. But i wrote to the seller-nothing changed. Opened the dispute-on the next day after the "appeal" of the seller, the parcel began to move. On november 26 the parcel was somewhere in china, and i opened the dispute on december 20 (approximately), and immediately the parcel moved. In general, for a delay in a month, the seller partially repaid the funds... The product is good, i recommend, but with the seller i did not work out ....

Do you provide tracking information?

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping.

Order cancellation

All orders can be cancelled until they are shipped. If your order has been paid and you need to make a change or cancel an order, you must contact us within 12 hours. Once the packaging and shipping process has started, it can no longer be cancelled.
