Placed order 20th July & received 7th August. Good delivery time, item came in an individual packet & placed in a larger plastic bag. The pendant has a good golden shiny finish, is a good colour, however the chain feels quite short & also the hourglass in the middle is not of good quality as it seems to be filled with rough sand as opposed to the fine beads/ sand as shown in the picture & the sand slips through very quickly & does not give the feel of an actual hourglass. Overall the item is fine quirky little item for the price paid. Happy with purchase, good delivery time & would recommend store :)

Not perfect, hourglass just glued with glue-looks unreliable
